STANDARD BILLING SCHEDULE
Effective January 1, 2009

Labor Charges
Hourly labor billing rates include salaries, benefits, insurance, taxes, overhead and profit.  Expert testimony at trials, hearings and depositions will be billed at 150% of the standard hourly rate.  For each day when testimony is provided, a minimum of 8 hours will be billed.  Preparatory time will be billed at standard rates.

Expenses
Minor miscellaneous project expenses such as travel, laboratory fees, equipment and instrument rental, reproduction, office supplies, telephone, facsimile, postage, shipping, taxes, etc. will be estimated at 10% of total labor charges without itemization.  Significant project expenses such as air travel, sub-contractor fees, laboratory services, expensive project supplies and equipment, etc. will be itemized and billed at our cost plus a ten percent handling charge.  Vehicle mileage when itemized is billed at the standard government rate in effect at the time of travel. Health and Safety Surcharge
Surcharge added each day an employee works at a hazardous waste site.................... $100.00

Payment
Payment is to be mailed to Source Environmental, 4100 Westheimer, Suite 106, Houston, TX. 77027 and is due upon receipt of invoice.  A service charge of 1½% per month or the allowable legal rate may be charged on amounts that are past due for more than 30 days.
